You will be helping us find and attract talented candidates to join our technical or business operations teams both in Estonia and Austria. In addition to talent sourcing and recruiting efforts, you will be making sure that candidates have a uniquely positive experience from the first hello to the first day they join Sixfold.

What you’ll do:

  • Actively source, interview and select talent across all teams but primarily engineering;
  • Build relationships with passive talent for future roles;
  • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the organization’s needs and priorities;
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience at all touchpoints;
  • Leverage data to help drive processes and build insights. You understand what data is important and use it to develop and improve;
  • Provide insights and help the team with employer branding efforts to make sure Sixfold is well-known in the market;
  • Help the HR team on other projects as needed.

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience in fast-paced technical recruiting environments at startups and/or growth companies;
  • Strong candidate sourcing skills, using a variety of tools and channels to build an awesome candidate pipeline other companies would dream of;
  • You know how to make each candidate feel like they’re the only one you’re talking to – you put your heart and soul into crafting personalised eye-catching outreach emails;
  • You care deeply about the candidate experience as we attempt to find and hire the very best people for our team;
  • Fluent in “tech talk”. You’re skilled at talking to engineers and won’t mistake JavaScript for Java;
  • You are creative and can think on your feet. An always-changing environment and challenges won’t get you down.

We’ll give you extra credit for:

  • Experience with sourcing and relocating candidates internationally.
